Cineasta originario del pueblo ayuuk de San Juan Guichicovi, Oaxaca. Ha realizado diversas obras audiovisuales sobre su comunidad y cultura de origen: Sones Mixes en la Ciudad (2013) fue ganador del concurso nacional de documental; Miradas sin Tiempo, Mëët Naax (2014) obtuvo el premio al mejor cortometraje nacional en Hazlo en Corto y mejor cortometraje estudiantil en el Festival de cine documental Zanate; Los que están por nacer (2018) ganó Mejor cortometraje en el Festival de Cine Indígena de Morelia.
Boca Vieja (2025) es su ópera prima de largometraje documental que fue apoyada por el Estímulo a la Creación Audiovisual para Comunidades Indígenas y Afrodescendientes ECAMC y se estrenó en el 40 Festival Internacional de Cine en Guadalajara FICG.
