Participó en el Berlinale Talents 2006 y en el taller Produire Au Sud en el marco del 29° Festival de los 3 Continentes, Nantes, Francia. Participó en el 1er Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM) con su cortometraje de ficción Viviendo a lo loco (2002). Su ópera prima Cabecitas (2006) formó parte de la muestra México Shitty del 35° Festival Internacional de Cine de Roterdam (IFFR por sus siglas en inglés). Participó como productor ejecutivo en el largometraje de ficción Drama/Mex (2006), seleccionado en el 4° FICM, y en Voy a explotar (2008), ambas de Gerardo Naranjo. Produce actualmente la película En contraluz de Katina Medina Mora.
